She is a lvl 54 Veteran, and I believe I have all the costume packs except for the Mutant one, which I didn't care for, for me.
I am SOOO getting in on this. Hmmm I've got some thinking to do. This is almost like changing Superman or Batman.... I feel like the look is so connected with your forum personality.... Will be fun to see what everyone comes up with.
edit - I just realized I have a toon with the perfect proportions and body for this. Everytime I play her it reminds me of She-Hulk, just not green... The next 3 hours of work are going to kill me....

No offense to you Envee, but I should clarify. I don't want to be mistaken for any hero, not just the red and yellow of Spider Woman. I'd like to also get away from Black and Red, Black and Yellow. Those color combinations in particular, everything else is up for game.

I have never had a female character... so this is a first seeing what limitations there are in the costume sets. Very interesting.

So this is a rather interesting challenge because the overall desired direction was to go "darker take or more mature." The original costume is black, red, and yellow which, is pretty dark. Contrasting that is Bobby's desire to move in a completely new direction in terms of color schemes. The background is "super soldier experiment on an elderly woman, gone wrong." I imagine that Bobby doesn't want a deformed Deadpool-esque like look to woman of Amazonian stature. Another pair of conflicting details making this difficult is "classic, sexy stylish" but no spandex. And we've got a name..."Judgment". Based on the background, we're probably discussing a woman who was a young adult in WWII so the name and the persona sounds very conservative...and probably not likely to be sexy.
Overall, I think a "greatest generation" member called Judgment would have a courageous, but no-nonsense air about her. The look should be rather practical. I don't think the super-soldier experiments would revert her to her prime, so I went with a greyish silver mane to give her a mature look. The attractive feature for this character will be the Amazonian curves. The outfit is form fitting. Not baggy because that would make her tomboyish but not tight because it wouldn't suit the character's personality. The hair is tied up. Scales as a chest emblem to signify her name. The flame patterns to suggest her powers. Also, I went with a blindfold, though I wish there was an option without chains. I chose to go with the blindfold as a nod to the concept that justice is blind...that it should be delivered objectively. This ties in to the darker more gritty and serious tone to the darker edge Bobby's looking for.
Don't laugh at me when I ask you on your feelings about red/orange together. Yes, it sounds like the worst color combination together, but trust me on this. 
I'd like to know if orange is too close to yellow, or is red/orange a color scheme to be considered in submissions?

Bayani: While I completely understand the direction you went, given my "instructions". I feel it is too literal of a translation. It has made me rethink however, maybe I am hamstringing you guys by not allowing spandex. I will have to ponder that for a few days. I want to see some more results before I wave that off.
The bun hair style is just not me. As a player. Can't get exited about playing my grandmother. And I know she's 80 years old, but so is Capt. America, and he's not going all silver white. This is MY fault. You people need a real bio to work off, I will spending the day doing that tomorrow, and post it up in the original thread on DA.

VexXxa, LOVE LOVE that top, I didn't think Crest's could be beat, but I am torn now... the long straight hair is also cool in grey, the complete opposite effect of the bun. Classic, sexy, stylish... you hit the nail on the head. Not sure about the rest of it, but like this first look a lot.
Thank you everyone for jumping in. I will write up that bio tomorrow. Maybe do some art for it... I did think of a tag line for when she appears to people, I am thinking of that Original Series Star Trek Episode, where the clone girl comes for McCoy, and says I am for you... and her touch can only kill who she comes for... I like that a lot. I may have to incorporate that. But for now here's the tag line:
"I am Judgement, the Fire of Justice, I have come for you..."

ok, I took Vex's top and ran with her idea, and came up with this, I love you Vex, please don't see this as stealing, it's more colaborating if anything
ok, I suck at costumes but since it's for you I figured I'd try. Here's my attempt and some small explanation afterwords...
I thought you would want to maintain a mainly "heroic" look but I tried to go a bit darker than the normal brightness one expects...
I envision the blue section of the top to actually be a singlet or such, a single piece with the skirt. I do have her wearing tights but with this over it in a nod to a bit more modesty... I would envision this ideally showing off the curves but not hugging them. Ideally I would also envision the skirt a bit longer, but not so long as to hinder movement and agility...
Personally, I like putting the symbol on the belt in this case... A bit of a nod towards WW nut not too much of one, I hope...
I pretty much tried to stay with solid colors until the boots... I like there being a little bit of intricate design but not too much. I thought the boots would be the perfect place to throw it in.
Anyway, that's my stab at it... Who knows, maybe I'll actually get inspired when you write up the bio but heh... You've seen what I've come up with for myself - Don't expect much from me! :P
I went out and did a little pre-birthday celebrating and now I can't sleep...so I tried my hand at a little Lady J re-designing. It deserves mentioning that I totally missed the no spandex rule but I was told to submit here anyway since it was going to be lifted. If I'd seen that rule, I probably wouldn't have done a design - I love the classic spandex superhero look.
My general idea was not to stray too far from the original costume but to give it different color palette and pattern. I figure she was designed the way she was designed originally for a reason and I tried to keep those elements: Covered eyes, covered skin. I gave her the scales symbol because I thought you might be able to combine it with a stylized J for a unique symbol in art. The sword is white-blue because it burns that damn hot.
Oh, and the white gloves are for some of that Hal Jordan flair!

So it's time to for a change... I am tired of the Spider Woman confusion, which while was intentionally made, isn't fun to explain over and over. With that said, I am holding a REDESIGN LJ CONTEST!
In fact I'm holding 3... One for the COH costume creator. One for the artists here on DA, and one for the folks on DCUO the Source.
Now why don't I just do this myself? Well I could, but I figure this way, I don't have to do all the hard work, AND I would give the person I pick, the 3 people that is... each a free piece of art from me! That is if they want one.
Things to consider: NO CAPES DAHLING!
1) LJ is 8ft tall. When DCUO comes out, she will be the max height offered in there, up to 10ft, though 12 would make me really happy.
2) Her powers are non-negotiable. She is She-Hulk with Pyrokinetic abilities. No super suits, no power armors, I myself had gone down that route for a recent SG application. I see now it wasn't true to how I see her, how I play her, how I even draw her. SO... Might and Fire, that is it.
3) Her origin is a Super Soldier experiment on the Elderly, gone horribly wrong. Think Weapon X, think Captain America, think the spaceship from ID4. The technology that created her is part alien, part government(s) tinkering.
4) I will be changing her name from Lady Judgement to just "JUDGEMENT", no Judgement Girl, Lady Justice, or connotations with being female. It should be obvious, from her Amazonian body. What I would like is a darker take, or more mature look. Not Slutty. Classic and Sexy Stylish, not Hoochie Mama.
5) Also no guns, knives, swords, weapons other than her fire powers. You can include a flaming sword. In fact I am not opposed to that, as I love drawing fire.
Here's how it works:
1) COH Costume Creator - Using the COH CC, create an entirely new look for LJ, and post those in my official thread on COH. Send as many as you like from now until 30 days AFTER the launch of Going Rogue. I will pick the COH winner when that comes out... however, and this is a big however. If I like certain parts of your redesign enough to include them in the final one I chose. That is to say the final is missing one or two things that someone else used, I will do a headshot for the pieces in other designs that I include in the final.

Edit: Color Paletter, NO red and yellow together please. Hair Length is LONG.
