The event was a lot of fun! Thank you for the time and effort you all placed into it!

The event was beautiful from the Walk the torchlight vigil (gorgeous!) it was great fun to see everyone and Thank you so much for the Honorable mention in the CC. It was great to see so many patriots of all Nationalities all respecting each other and standing against violence and terror was truly inspirational. Thank you for running this event and to all who attended. I was proud to be apart of the multitude.

It was a pretty successful event, I think. (Apparently something happened while I went AFK during the first contest, but since I didn't see it it's not going to bother me.)

And that secret boss was a pain. Good mission otherwise!

Hi! I'm the author of the pain-err, AE Challenge. I'm glad so many people had fun playing it. We try to have one for each of the the American Legion events, so it's not all standing around and posing. Heroes fight things! Thanks for coming out.

Great event all, thanks for hosting. The AE Challenge was a lot of fun and I was amazed that our pug group of lvl 1s - 20somethings was able to complete it AND defeat the optional big bad!

Here's a little screenie from the pre-activities moment of silence. Very classy event, American Legion, well done.

Craft your inventions in AE!!

Play "Crafter's Cafe" - Arc #487283. A 1 mission, NON-COMBAT AE arc with workable invention tables!

Thanks to the Legion for putting on the event. I only wish I could have been in the patriotic costume contest with my main, Liberty Eagle. Unfortunately, I have kids to get into bed around 8pm, and I wasn't able to be online until just after 8:30 Eastern. I can only imagine the number of folks in the western time zones who couldn't be there as that contest started at 5pm Pacific.

In the future, could the "main" theme costume contest perhaps be set later in the function, to allow more folks to attend? I believe it would make a lot of difference to a number of folks, as I noticed other players also showing up asking if they had missed the patriotic costume contest, for a while after I arrived.
