A modest proposal
I'd probably enter a PvP zone again if the zone rules mimicked the common arena settings of No TS, No HD, and DR On. Setting the zone rules to mimmick i12 would be too much, though, because the lag from the zone numbers would be irritating. It's probably safer to keep things as is.
No I'm not advocating eating the Irish, but I think RV could be a lot more playable with a few changes:

HD is bad, but it's nowhere near as terrible in zones as TS; it's not like I'm asking for sanity like undoing damage changes, base resists and DR (turning off DR alone make things even worse).

now, there are 200 millions open options about how you play when TS is off as compared to when it's on. now, don't misunderstand me, i still think HD is crap (counting to 8 in between clicking is not a skill); but i do think that only when coupled with TS is it all just retarded. it's just that TS brings more brain damage into the equation.
I propose that toons that buff other players receive extra travel suppression for using heals and buffs on other players. Also, since they like NEVER attack, their phase suppression time should be DOUBLED.
I also propose that heal decay last longer, 8 seconds is far too short when an emp or pain can AP for like 1500 HP like every 5 seconds. That is like a full HP bar! I'm thinking closer to 15 or 20 seconds. Maybe 30 if you are getting heals from another player.
Finally. Clear Mind, Clarity, Thaw and Enforced Morale are TOO powerful and CAN BE STACKED. The mez resistance needs to be reduced by at least 3/4's and the ability to stack this buff needs to be taken away.
I think with these changes we can finish off support toons for good in zones and play as the devs intended.

- Make it free fire like warburg (this would help with lopsidedness)
- Allow co-op teams
- Remove travel suppression
