A modest proposal
They should also give that anti spike code another try, it's not fair to get attack by more then 4 people in zone.
@Intro lolPvP
Now just watch, when they "look at" PvP again in I30 or whatever the one thing they'll do will be add the antispike code.
"One day we all may see each other elsewhere. In Tyria, in Azeroth. We may pass each other and never know it. And that's sad. But if nothing else, we'll still have Rhode Island."
Well, this game won't have any PvPers by that point so I guess they could change it and no one would notice.

This gets my vote. In fact, having all the zones free for all and/or CO-OP would be super awesome. There'd be no more lopsidedness.
WB at level 50 would also be cool, heck all of them would.
My other proposal is to make PvE just like PvP so they can share our pain.
Infinity and Victory mostly
dUmb, etc.
lolz PvP anymore, Market PvP for fun and profit
Or they could make pvp like pve and everyone would be happy.

That wouldn't make us miserable though. I think we missed a step.

Two naughty acronym teams / Ascension / Convenient / Artic and the Chillz / Fap / Other teams I can't remember (sorry.. mind is goin')
They may need to tweak a few numbers SLIGHTLY for PvP to keep the PvE feel as intended (though they could in many cases just change the npc critter to achieve that), but when PvP at least feels like PvE does, I think most people would be very happy.
A few adjustments to PvE would have to be made then, but basically I still think that is the basic flaw of PvP and why so few PvEers ever set a foot into PvP again, yes.
