Positron's i13 letter: We are trying to make PvP more accessible to new players, while giving experienced PvP'ers the advantage that comes with formulating tactics around the new systems we're putting in place. PvP from now on will be on our priority list. If something isn't working out, we'll be in there tweaking it and making it work, for the entire future of the product, not just Issue 13.
You may do alright on Virtue, or with friends with paralleled odd builds in Arena.
But FA is a crappy armor for scraps and I'd like to say brutes. You have the heal and F.Embrace... and that's about everything good in that armor. Sure your attacks will hit hard when you get a crit and both build ups are active, but you'll most likely die before finishing an attack chain regardless of the heal.
Fire/ELA was suggested. Try that.

Hmmm, lets just say for the sake of Argument that your using SOs on a FA Scrapper.You goto a PvP Zone and have 35% damage resistance to all damage types, including Psi (yes, Psi), and then you get Toughness, which is around 17% damage resistance to all damage types?(Id have to loggin to look this up.Might be 18% with SOs.)
Thats around 50% Damage Resistance.Id say thats pretty good for PvP on a Scrapper.Not to mention the Heal with Hasten Running is around 18 Seconds, like 24 without the Hasten running.So DR doesnt effect the Heal.hmmmmmm.Yup, your totally right, it sounds horrible.

BU+FE and Chain Induction with 3 damage SOs does almost 1000 damage before a crit at lvl 50 in PvP.
BU+FE and Lightning Rod does around 800 at lvl 50 in PvP before Crit.
Gosh...your totally right!A FM/Elec would be SOOOOOOO much better!....not.....

chain induction doesn't do anywhere close to 1000 damage (see the other thread which you gave all the bad info in)
Lightning rod does the same amount of damage in pve as pvp and last time i checked it didn't do 800 damage in pve so again no idea where you are getting your numbers from. also factoring in that most stuff will be kiting and it won't be used all that much.
elec has the same amount of res that fire has (might be more not entirely sure on that) along with end drain res although the heal isn't as good. and FM is substantially better than elec

Iv decided on a Elec/FA Scrapper.
It seems the damage on it would be Fugly, and the heal would be annoying.Anyone seen a good one running around?
