Going Rogue 21-49?

Hey!

I so hate to do this but I'm going to be serious for once. =(

I was wondering. Other then the new power sets and the changing from
villain to hero.. Are there going to be any additions to the game between
the levels of 21-49? (Mainly in the Isles and Paragon.)

It doesn't have to be anything drastic, but will there be new 'map templates' for
missions or something added content (As in missions and quests) wise?

Don't get me wrong!! I love more costumes and everything added! This isn't a
complaint at all. But I feel that one of the most 'grindy/played to death' part
of the game are these levels.

I'd love to know if more map templates, how quest/missions are handled, and other
things to freshen up this part of the game are going in.

It's not that it's bad at all, but I'm sure that I'm not the only one that feel that
much of this content is a bit stale. It's not that brand-new content needs to be
added even, just the fact it would be nice if there were things added to play this
content in a new light.

It seems that many people tend to jump into AE, or grind away at newspaper missions
to hurry through those levels as fast as possible. Now of course there will always be
people that do this, and it's their play-style I don't blame them. But it seems many that
rather take their time also power through these levels given how many times they've
done it.

Maybe add voice-overs in some places, change the ui, new map templates, other things?

For Devs, I was wondering if things were being added with GR's release for these levels..?

And everyone else.. What could be done to make things more interesting without
re-vamping the entire game. Also, if you think it's all perfectly fine too, then awesome!

To me it just seems that those levels is a big chunk of the game and could use some
nice 'razzle-dazzle' to make it a bit more interesting for those that have ran it millions
of times.

Incarnate system, also.

Goodbye. Not to the game, but the players. Goodbye. Everyone, remember to have fun. That's all I can say.

well, incarnate is level 50 content... so... not really within his 21-49 levels.

My suspicion is that more mid-range content is going to be tabled as updates to existing story arcs / task forces.

Q5 “What exactly is the reward for Heroes not switching to the Rogue Isles and Villains not switching to Paragon City?”

GF: We will be providing Heroes and Villains benefits for reinforcing their respective alignments. Those benefits will not be available to Vigilantes and Rogues. As we get closer to launch, more details about these rewards will be revealed.
So if you go through stuff and stay true to your side, you will see a benefit. I think this is good, since by not going Vigilante or Rogue you lose out on being able to play on the other side's content. This might be nice compensation (we'll see what it is first - Scoot Puff Jr. temp power? blah!).

If I remember correctly, it's from the Mario Kart DS commercial, the Japanese one.

Except for the Dramatic Chipmunk. He's from the Dramatic Chipmunk movie on YouTube.
