Yes, we can't always get what we want. As to the last criteria, it is closer to a thematically appropriate typeface than Bodoni, Garamond, Goudy, Times, Futura, etc. Heck it is better than Red Circle. It does fulfil the rest of the criteria I have though.

No, from my point it is more poking fun at those who are upset at what others use for an in game typeface. Oh, and those that get upset over Comic Sans in general. Sure it is often mis-used. In my opinion, not in this case though.

I'm constantly trying out different typefaces, currently I'm trying Verdana, though that might be too skinny for my tastes.

On-topic? Eh. Comic Sans is a widely used font that I happen to not be a fan of. But it could be worse, as I find it perfectly readable. It could be some beserif'd monstrosity.

Call me a horrible person, but I rather like Trebuchet MS myself. Nice of this forum to include it! ... Not that I'll actually bother putting it in my posts, default is fine by me.

thanks for this! i just changed all my in game fonts to comic sans and comicbd and it's awesome!

so much more comic book-y, it adds a whole new level of fun to this game!

man, i love CoH!

I rated Helvetica 5 stars. I have 3200 fonts on my computer. I knew J was a latecomer to the alphabet before the research showed it was.
