Yeah, a new member is positively okay! I hope my buddy Alex can get himself squared away and join us too... which will put us up to 8 regular members and maybe one who will swing in when possible.

Just wanted to drop a note and let everyone know that I'm looking forward to tomorrow night and the second half of the exciting new Positron TF.

Furthermore, I would be happy to see more new members interested in joining our SG. I'm not advocating an active recruitment drive or anything, but I don't think we should turn away people who want to join in the fun. Like Mallerick said. we can always split into a couple of groups if we have more than 8.

Sadly, as a side note I must inform you guys that I will not be able to play on Thursday the 28th. After then, however, I don't foresee me having any future conflicts with our regular schedule.

Hello again my fellow PCSF'ers. I again am bringing a message to you all from Dr. Smythe. "Apparently your teammate Operative Ny returned to the hospital and had some kind of episode. She started screaming and having convulsions. The kind doctors gave her a nice amount of sleep agent. It seems even a created hero talks in their sleep. Operative Ny was very upset over how she was unable to keep you all safe during your "errands" for Positron. She did say a name in her sleep but that will be addressed at another time. When she was finally calm they were able to run more test's on her and I am afraid to say what effect the toxins had on her was more severe then we thought. Her magic powers morph'd with the toxins and slowly changed some of her DNA. Although Operative Ny is a daughter of Magic I am afraid it was not powerful enough to stop the change. We administered an antidote but the effects only last a short while. We can not stop it but we are able to allow her to be "herself" for a short amount of time... When Ny awoke and we told her the news she was a bit distraught. It seems when the staff left her room she barricaded the door and fled the hospital. We are unable to locate her. She did leave a note for you all though.." Dr. Johnathan St. John Smythe

You all are the closest people I have to a family, but that is why I do not wish for you to see the horror that has happened to me. I admit I did try to go see Nox to have a talk to him but I was unable to face him after how flawed I was on our last mission. I even thought Wylde would be able to help me with his Magic but I did not know where to find him. SO, I have decided to go for a short while and work on finding more special magic to help me get rid of this "effect" that has happened to me. Oh, Ny, (puff, puff) don't blame yourself for the bad things that happened on our last mission! We are a team; we fight as a team, we fall as a team, and we TRIUMPH as a team! In that spirit, you CAN'T blame yourself for something that was (puff, puff) CLEARLY Operative Direbane's fault. So please don't feel demoralized by it!

I'm consulting my -- I mean Praetoreus's, my mentor from the Foundation that is instructing me in the ways of magic -- mystic tomes and researching lore and whatever they call it. (puff) Ancient knowledge, that kind of stuff. There's a lot here and I think some of it might be very helpful. (puff) When we begin our next mission, I can perform some powerful mystic divining spells and see what can be done for you! I won't let let my magical companion suffer!

One of the things I'm looking into is this thing here. (puff, puff) It's silver and wandy-looking. Big black ball on the end, and it hums when you hold it. I found it under a pile of other magic contraptions, it looks pretty cool and feels very powerful. (puff) I'm sure it can help in some way! If that doesn't work, there's this weird cube thing that seems to fold in on itself and twist in all kinds of unusual ways, it looks pretty powerful. Praetoreus won't know any of this stuff is missing anyhow. (puff, puff)

And whatever happened with your physical appearance, you must know that we, as a team, as a family of PCSFers, will always accept ya, and do so without question. (puff)

After all, We've learned to tolerate Bulwark's ugly pug quickly enough. (shiver) (puff,puff) There's no way you can look half as bad as that.

There was never any reason you should have been afraid to talk to me. My brother is a hulking metal mass, and I have spikes that shoot out of my body. If anybody is going to be horrified by anything, it is not going to be me.

Secondly, I feel it is my job to be protecting over you. I am stronger, and able to wishstand more damage than many of the people we work with. If there was anyone to blame for our last mission, it would be me. If I am not strong enough to protect us, than I have no right to call myself a hero.

I hope you return to us soon; I will be waiting. Do not be afraid to talk to me, or any of us, about whatever has befallen you. Regardless of what is ailing you, to us you are Nyrissa; a good soldier and a pure heart. We will accept you in our ranks, no matter what.


Operative Nox

OOC..... Are we planning on playing Thursday of next week? I was wondering if you all wanted to finish the midnighter missions? If not we could do something else. the way were are all leveling I figure we could run a Terra Volta mish soon too. I would like to work on doing all the tf's the game has We are a great group and we all fit very well together power wise so any tf should me an easy task for us. I am proud of how well everyone did on the tf. Thanks again guys for everything and like always it has a been blast. The base is looking great also. I am free in the evening just need to know ahead of time when we wanted to try to team up again. I was pondering on the preatora thing too. okay i probably typo'd that word sorry. But hey I'm open for idea's so please let me know. thanks y'all.
Oh!, and thank you for the reply's to Ny's msg on here. I am sure she would be glad to hear them.

I am availible Thursday! I think next week we should work on the midnighter arc, and help your dad catch up to us in levels... I would love to do lots of tf's, all though, I am not in a hurry for the tv one, simply because I have done that one lots!

So, Thursday then? Midnighter arc sounds great to me. Maybe we should make up a list of tentative missions and the orders we'll do 'em, maybe perhaps? Just so we don't overlook any of the good stuff

An Arc I would love to see us do is the new Issue 17 Mirror-Mirror story, by the contact that has a name that I forget and is in Talos Island neat the hospital and he's a guy with NINJAS! and he ... ah, I can't think of anything else.

In addition to the Midnighter arc and the Signiture TFs:
What about the Striga TFs?
Respec Trials?
Sewer Trial
Crystal Titan Trial
Shard TFs
Ouroboros Mission Arcs

Just don't want to forget any of the fun stuff!

And then there is always the possibility that we could make an AE arc that goes with our actual storyline. Though I am unsure what the focus of that might be.

Oh sweet mommy --- you're BRILLIANT! That would be awesome! It would be great to advance our Team Story. I love this idea so much, I'm running out now to get some "protection".

Ya know, maybe each of us make an AE mission as well? (1 or 2 mission arc?) One that helps to flesh out our own character for the rest of the team? It would be a GREAT way to get to know our teammates better, and make the Role playing so much more funner-er! We could make them "solo friendly" as well, so team mates could run them on non-mission nights to get to know the others better. They wouldn't HAVE to be part of the "mission night" that way. They wouldn't have to be Origin Story arcs, though they could be I guess.

Well I've run out of exclamation points and question marks for today so I'm going to head out. What does everyone else think about the AE mission idea(s)?

I think the AE missions would definataly be interesting and fun. i do have idea's but i am trying to get them all owrked out before puttin them down on here. thanks for being patient with that. I will see ya'll thursday and maybe we can talk more of ideas then.

Hey, just wanted to remind everyone, the servers are going to be turned off on Thursday, for most of the day. I believe they are coming back up 7:00 Eastern time, so they shouldn't affect our play time, but be aware that we might have some issues, and traffic may be higher than normal.

Also, a reminder (I don't know if Operative Direbane has imparted this info to the rest of the team or not):

Direbane will not be able to make the team this Thursday, due to a vacation he's taking to Cave Citry, Kentucky. It involves a lengthy trip to the Mammoth Caves, where, inevitably, he will be lost forever within the bowels of the Earth, and naked bat people will eat him alive after the night light on his portable cell phone camera dies out.

Later, the pics will be found and it will be discovered that, in fact, there were no bat people at all; he had gone insane, emerged from the caverns a week later and eaten the passive villagers of the nearby settlement.

Poor Direbane.

Oh No! poor Direbane.... He will be missed :'( Hope he has fun tho the caves are quite beautiful. It is nice to get the chance to see natural wonders that the earth has.

Thursday, 8PM Eastern, or 9PM EST? Juuuuust askin'.

I've decided to work on a two-part Architect mission to give Officer Anthony Wylde a bit more background, but I don't really want to do it if I'm the only one. Anyone else interested in making a mission (arc?) kinda highlighting their character and/or his/her/it's/Bulwarks background? I don't want to be the only one that does it, it would seem self-serving.

Of course I await with heightened anticipation the architect mission that furthers our SG's story line!

EDIT: Oh, and apparently Direbane made it back alive from Mammoth Caves, but whatever happened to him there really messed up his face. Just nasty to look at now. (shiver) he should be joining us with darkness in hand.

Nox and I discussed making an arc but have yet to actually do anything for it.

Hey ya'll wanted to let you know I have been working for awhile on it now and I am just about done. I am making an SG story arc AE mission. It is a bit odd but has info about all of us in it. by all means make one if you wanna i just wanted to let you guys know that i am about done and hope to complete it tonight. I would love feedback on it when it is ready to be tested or played. It is not truly an origin arc but an arc for our SG in general. well pretty much . I still have a few kinks to work out and will probally need to make another or at least post the rest on the info on here. it does not allow me to write much so sorry if they seem a bit short. anyhow back to work for me see you guys tomorrow night

okay needed to add a bit of info. I will definitively need to post more on here about certain PCSF'ers IN the AE mission i have made I could only make a few of our info's in it because not all has posted a bio on the forum. i used info from here to make the AE mission work. SO, please do not think ill of me when you find your name added or mission in the mission infos' I am sorry and can fix it later when needed. I am going to post the mission as it is now and hope you all like it. There was no favortism or nothin in it but it is easier for me to write of those whom's info i know by reading the bios on here. I am sorry if that upsets any of you i mean/ment no harm. but i do hope you like it when you see it. and to let you know it may be tough but i am hoping not too rough for us. ALL of you guys are great players and team mates and i want to be fare to all so most likely i will have to make an additional AE mish with the rest of the bios on it. just wanted to be fare and let ya'll know and again please do not be upset.

yea yea i know i type a lot... Last time for a bit at least.. I am done with the AE mission for now.
