Me and a friend of mine went to Rikti Crash Site for the first time, and we got creeped out by the sound of beaming down Rikti..

Anyone else remember a time that they wanna share?

(I know this has prolly been done many times before, but figured Id try it out)

...I saw Dr Vahzilok for the first time. AV in a lvl 16 mission.

...My beta Blaster at lvl 19 had over 100k debt. There was no cap.

...lvl 1-9 could get debt.

...5th column missions would spawn bosses 2-5 levels above your level.

...a Bone Daddy could almost and sometimes did wipe a team.

I remember when Voids were broken (or missing) and Paragon Protectors spawned in their place.

I remember when I got my Dominator to 40 before there were any buffs to the class - no increased domination rate for members on the team, no using it like a break free... those were hard times.

I remember pushing my character to 36 (I think it was at the time) for the Sewer Trial and they nerfed the XP on the Krakens when I was 35.9.

I remember when Lusca was something I actively sought out.

I remember when Terra Volta was challenging and you could actually get overwhelmed by spawns in the Reactor.

I remember naked Rikti with surfboard swords, lol.

I remember when I thought Unyielding was useless and never slotted it. I had the worst time getting to 24 trying to complete a respec and fix my ways.

I remember my SGs first attempt at navigating the shard for a Sara Moore TF took 13 hours to complete the TF, ROFL.

I remember when a Fire/Ice/Pyre Tank was a Tank.

I remember when I was first slapped outta the sky by a Huge Tentacle in IP.

The Shadow Shard.

1. No teleporters to go from zone to zone with ease.
2. No teleporter to FBZ from the entrance point to each zone.
3. Woefully painful TF times due to the extreme amount of travelling.

... you could herd up hundreds of freaks/wolfs/whatever and quickly "arrest" them.

... my first 50 hitting the debt cap (550,000) during a hammi raid.

... my jaw dropped the first time I got off the tram in Skyway, and I saw toons with REAL travel powers. People flying/jumping/porting/superspeeding, while all I had was Hover...

... Hami Raids with a bazillion people, and the games we'd play in broadcast to pass the time.

... meeting a bunch of forum folks in-game, before globals, in Galaxy City, just so we could chat with each other in real time, instead of via forum posts.

... I'd look at my supergroup roster and see more than just me online. *cry*

... there was a time before Villains...

... the Winter Lords first came to Paragon City.

... we got to trick or treat for the first time. I loved hearing one story about a group of ToT'ers at a door, then a guy asked to join, and the next time they clicked the door, they all entered the new guy's mission...

... Pandaman and I spent a good 1/2 an hour just to see how high/far he could go with his new Super Jump power.

... I got my first blind invite to a full team of 8, and the carnage that the team did on just our first mission.

... I met Statesman for real (Jack Emmert) at WonderCon, mere days before getting Pepsiman to level 50.
