I like the idea, bring some new life to the game

That suffering vampire has scarred me with some very very disturbing mental images. And you write it so well, I worry about you.

But its good. Anything involving the Court should always be a horror story. The darker the theme the better. Bunch of psycho goths in that Castle.

I can assure it may become worse...

I feel sorry for Tomb now...

Wha?

Why?

She deserves what ever she gets.

Precisely, and what she is gonna get is Lucard, pissed off and unpleasant, this guy makes Bathory's torture techniques seem devine in their intentions. What ever Tomb does to hurt vampires, Lucard will pay it back ten times over. I do feel sorry for her.

When the details of project diet are revealed, if they sound too 'god mod'y just assume that Tomb isn't playing with a full deck of cards...

Y'know....I think maybe Tomb has inspired some glimmering, waking spark in me to try and bring Lord Atom back into some semblance of play.
Something better than wholesale destruction, because that never ends up well, and although his insanity is fun to play, having him want everything around him dead doesnt work so well...

I maaay have an idea.
Thanks CB Oh, and Lucard makes me smirk, really. He just thinks he knows it all, doesn't he? And that will come back around and bite him, no the other way around. *snigger*

Tombs usual deck contains a mixture of playing cards, uno cards and pokemon cards.

The rules to Tombs game are complex, for example a Charizard beats a king, but a Queen beats a Charizard.

The highest scoring hand is an ace, and a complete run of pokemon element types. This is called a "Catch 'em all"

Well its the single most evil way to achieve genocide; poison or deplete the food source. Its happening in real life with agriculture struggling to meet the demands of a rapidly increasing human population. Scientists have predicted world famine by the end of the century. A desperate rush for food would either usher in world war, as has happened with fuel, or perhaps people will pull together and share peacefully. Either way global epidemics would hit us hard. Great idea CB. Tomb is a genuis for wielding such a virus and I for one feel sorry for the vampire race. I would imagine they'll pay her off while they work out some kind of counteragent. Or a way to take out Tomb and contain her research.

If this gets out, I wonder how my character and other vampire hunters will react...

lol, CB i know that idea from somewhere but i cant remember where, it will come to me eventually but i do remember how it ends. Shall we see if my preparations for such an idea can hold up?

Or they could pull a Matrix and farm their own (uninfected) breed of humans. Those dungeons need filling up some.

Posted

Hmmm... to procure some things they might need, they could always hire the services of The Lollipop Snatcher

If this does get out I suspect there'll be people wanting tickets to watch the show, especially Kall after what Tomb's done to her in the past. We could even have a buffet, Liz could lay on some light entertainment and 'finger food' *giggles*

The question is Would Tomb really release an unstable virus into the human population, one that is likely to radically mutate and become dangerous, if not fatal, just for money?

Sorry, that was a trick question, right?
Or rhetorical?

Pfft. The rule of science fiction, especially CoX-verse which we cannot control (Devs are the universal plot GM's) the trick is to present the villain's doomsday device and allow that for whatever reason they dont actually get to unleash it. Be that time constraints, financial limitations, unprofitable ends, hero intervention or its only purpose was to hold the world at ransom. In Tomb's case, the vampire world... at ransom. The threat of its potential alone should suffice. Its genius!

hehe, its gonna be interesting to see who or what stops Tombs, but i doubt Liz is gonna allow herself to be held to ransom like that, specially with Lucard laughing in the face of such a threat.

and incase people think i believe otherwise, a brilliant and very deadly idea, loving it and gonna enjoy possibly stealing that virus at some point
