Custom gold titles are very very rare - and would need to be approved by the Devs before hand - thus very very unlikely.
I'm actually the only person I know who got a custom gold title of Super DJ for the Hidden event!

Me and 4 others got a custom one from Avatea when she did a in-game hide and seek thing. I do believe she got told off for handing out the titles though

So here is the procedure:
- Plan an event
- Send a mail to myself (preferably on theOcho) or Avatea explaining the event and requesting titles to support the event quite a bit of time in advance. The more people you involve and the better an event, the easier it is to get the necessary approvals.
- ????
- Profit (Get gold titles at said event)

I do want to point out as an aside, the EU community has a significant advantage of the NA community when it comes to in game titles and events. With the time differences that exist, it's much easier to do in game titles and events at peak concurrency on the EU servers than it is the NA servers. Hence the EU servers get events that start in their Prime Time, while the NA severs get events that usually fall slightly earlier in the evening.
I also don't have to work overtime to give out titles in the evening to EU players, so it makes it much easier to justify as a business decision.
Take that you North American pigdogs!
