How do I add pictures to a post?
Get the URL for the picture, then place it inside [img] tags, like so:
[img]http://www.example.com/image.jpg[/img]
Paragon Wiki: http://www.paragonwiki.com
City Info Terminal: http://cit.cohtitan.com
Mids Hero Designer: http://www.cohplanner.com
Or you can put images tags around the link to the image, like this: [IMG]link to image[/IMG]

Thanks to both of you for your help! Its greatly appreciated!
Good luck, hope you win.
There are no words for what this community, and the friends I have made here mean to me. Please know that I care for all of you, yes, even you. If you Twitter, I'm MrThan. If you're Unleashed, I'm dumps. I'll try and get registered on the Titan Forums as well. Peace, and thanks for the best nine years anyone could ever ask for.
Just... be sure the image is hosted somewhere you can control it or your sure is trustworthy. Last thing you want is your nice appropriate picture being switched out on the hosting site for something that could earn you a vacation from the boards.

The OCD picture method. Place picture code. Close windows with actual pictures on them. Delete cache. Preview post to make sure the host allows remote viewing. There's so many out there that don't now, it's good to check.
Dec out.

You don't want this turning into that...
(Had a friend do that to a "gentleman" who was competing with him on eBay sales. Stealing bandwidth because he was too lazy to host it himself.)

Just because they allow remote viewing now doesn't mean they will in the future and your carefully linked image is now pointing to a man doing...horrible awful things to himself that are illegal in most developed countries.
Hotlinking is bad. Don't do it (unless a site specifically says hot linking is ok. In that case make sure you actually trust said site)
This is still a bad idea.

Rajani Isa is sort of there: I think what he meant is if you are using a web host like Angelfire - which does not allow hot linking of images at all. |
If you don't own webspace of your own (as in, pay for it) I would recommend you host your images at someplace like photobucket which allows hotlinking. |

Some aren't as computer savvy, so if you have trouble getting the url, which I've had happen before, for some unknown reason, right click the pic (on the host site that it's posted on. I.E. facebook, your personal site, etc) and click "View Image Info". The actual URL will be in that list.

Nothin wrong with necroing. THis thread came up at the top when I searched for how to post pics, so it's relevant, regardless of when the last post was
