Are Defenders getting a new Primary in the Expansion?

There are new powersets for every AT but they're not all primaries.
edit: powerset proliferation could prove me wrong, of course.
Other than Fire Blast, I don't believe there is any other set to be proliferated to Defenders.

They said 'every at is getting a new powerset in GR', not a primary, a powerset. That includes DP and DS which will be available to many only when GR comes out unless they preorder like some of you did:
Tankers, Scraps, Stalks, Brutes: Kin Melee
Blaster, Corrs, Defs: DP
MMs: DS
Controllers, Doms: Electric Control.

Kin Melee? where can I read up on this. Hope it doesn't screw up the list of all my alts that I might rather have it for than something else grr. At least with controllers I know I'll want an elec/kin, which my freedom server needs a kin so that works out.
Elec/storm also makes me quiver some, tough choices XD
But kin melee, that could cause some problems GRRR!!!

Demonstration starts at 1:45. There are some rumors going around about it like its standard secondary effect will be damage debuffing while slightly buffing the user's damage based on a power called something like [kinetic strike] or summat which you can hotlink in the game now. The other rumor's that it'll have a slightly longer range than other melee sets. Nothing's confirmed as far as I know though.
They keep mentioning (in various interviews and stuff) the "4 new powersets" coming out in Going Rogue.
I'm hoping that Issue 18 has some powerset proliferation in it.
They need to do something for issue 18 and for those that are not gettin GR.
I can't imagine what else could be included in i18; excepting various bug fixes (maybe.)
