I'm still having difficulty retrieving that slot. It won't let me get past 36 character slots.

If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

I got mine.
And i got the one for 84 months and 96 months.
Three new slots in total. 
I got the badge Tuesday, but I haven't seen my slot yet. Is it supposed to appear as "Claim Character Slot" on the character selection screen?

However, to point out to Psylenz, just because someone has purchased all 36 slots on a particular server, that doesn't mean all of those slots are filled. Especially when you start talking about all 36 slots on several servers.
Can it be done? Sure. But that doesn't mean it HAS to be done just because they are purchased.
If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

I thought it was no more than 36 slots on any given server. So if a person has 36 slots already on a server, the free slot is only available on another server.

If you are a 72 month Veteran who has had difficulty obtaining your free character slot, this issue should now be completely resolved. Please check to make sure you have now received it if you had not previously.
