I got to meet Leonard Nimoy once. Funny thing is, I didn't mention Spock once, I was more interested in his work from In Search Of. Was the most fascinating 15 minutes I ever spent talking to someone.

A lot of my friends are down there at the convention. I got pulled away for something else this weekend or I'd've gone too.
Note that Leonard Nimoy is retiring from both acting and the Con circuit, so it's last chance to see....

Apparently this is Leonard Nimoy's last convention. I didn't get to meet him today. I didn't feel like waiting in the line of 300. I'll grab a picture of him because that's much easier and doesn't require much waiting in line, just won't be able to talk to him.
Billy Dee Williams is kinda a jerk. You could tell he was there just for the money, not for the fans.
Brent Spiner is a nice man. He's there for the fans. He's a little ill this weekend, but still decided to meet the fans.
Malcolm McDowell is an amazing man. He's so nice, and appreciative of his fans.
Scott McNeil is HILARIOUS. Probably one of the funniest people at the expo.
Garry Chalk is also a remarkable man. Very friendly.
Seems the not-as-famous celebs are more friendly than the 'big' celebs. They'll spend some time actually chatting with you!

mine has been ok i played some dragon age origns again after i took a break from the open beta love that ultra mode then i was hooked on that still am then my computer dies i thought it was pluged in i guess not and when i start it back up its all messed up im like really its only like 6 months old and is messing so i was sad but i let it charge a bit and turned it of let all those fancy capitcors that hold little bits of info when you turn you comp off empty and is working fine so that was cool and this is really really long for a random post about my weekend but yet here i am still going now wondering if anyone cares or will read only time will tell now hahaha~!1!!

Just wanted to say hi. And that this thread makes me miss the bad old days when I used to haunt the sci fi con circuit in Atlanta..back when I was single and had the money...
Now, it's every year, I hope to save up the money for a pre order for a membership to Anime Boston..and every year, I see that money go for something else.../sigh.

I'm going to a comic book convention this weekend. A guest today will be none other than Leonard Nimoy, aka Spock! He'll be there, along with Brent Spiner (Data), Billy Dee Williams (Lando Calrissian), Malcolm McDowell (Famous guy).
So, this weekend should be fun. I'll try and get some pictures.
