Judging by the past few issues...
No one will raid for at least 1 week, as everyone would be running around and pointing things and saying "PWEEEETY" (well, i will be doing it!).
A few of us will be creating the DS (i will be doing it).
A few of us will be running the new Positron (I will be doing it).
A few of us will be recreating costumes, and that can take a lot of time (I will be doing it).
A few of us will be tasting the new storylines (I will be doing it).
A few of us will be running some arcs to try dropping the new temp recipes (I will be doing it)...
Or we may just run a few ITFs (I will be doing it).

Yes. I can get lost on a straight-line map.
I haven't been on vent in a few days, so I'm not sure what Temptress may have said about it. If there's enough people in the Globals clamoring for at least one run to go, I have no objections to leading it, as I often do. So unless Temptress posts in the sticky thread about the Raids, I'll go with the "if there is enough people, we'll do it" stance, heh.
EDIT for clarification: I don't know about the Wednesday Hami Raids, as that is TA's purview. I just run or help to run the DT Rikti Raids.

I think the raids are gonna go down ether way cuz yes i know that the new issue is coming out Wednesday but that really wont stop some of the regulars in enjoy the Raids. But like hami said it would have to be really up for Temptress to say bout the Rikti and Wulf would have to say bout the Hamidon raid so just view the channels and forum posts and see what is said.
I've already posted in the Hamidon thread that we will not be raiding Wednesday in deference to the release of i17. We have attempted it at the release of the previous two issues, and there weren't nearly enough folks to do so. Rather than waste an hour waiting to see if there would be sufficient numbers, I just decided to call it.
Of course, someone else is more than welcome to lead one, since the strat we use is posted in that same thread. However, I can speak for myself and a number of TA folks and say that many of us won't be there. If anyone else decides to do so, feel free to drop me a line here or in-game before then if you have questions.

According to @LadyTemptress there will NOT be a Dream Team hosted Rikti Raid on tuesday, so I hope that answers any questions.
Apparently they of them who look down upon our tiny village of heroes are gonna drop some cake or some sort of annniversary delight on us Tuesday, April 27, from 7-10 PM EDT. Since I didn't see anything here yet, I hafta ask, will the Raid will be skipped on Tuesday?

And, hey, I17 on Wednesday. How's that gonna mess with the Wed-Hami? Everyone gonna be pounding out the new Posi TF?
As a Guard-Noob (I prefer "Protector Reject", infers I actually tried and was rejected), not sure how you guys handle dev/event interference of your regularly scheduled stuff.
