Are Heroes in LRSF immune to End Drain?
AVs/Heroes in general have very high resistances to most debuffs (at level 53, they have 86.5% debuff resistances on top of purple patch effects). They also have 800+ endurance.

Elec is Terribad compared to the other choices, and it doesn't do as much Endurance draining as it makes you think it does. A whole team of Elec together does sound interesting to see though. Dark would be a good choice for all the stacking -Tohit.
I do not know the specific stats on the LRSF heroes and who (if any) are protected from end draining beyond the standard enemy level and rank resistances - I suspect Synapse might be protected, for example, but have not personally tested it. However, I DO know that a team of electric blasters can completely sap Archvillains with little issue. I've watched, and participated in, electric theme teams that neutered everything that dared challenge us within seconds.
Master-Blade's criticism, I believe, refers to the contribution of a lone electric blaster versus the contribution of a lone _____ blaster. Indeed, Electric is pretty much the bottom of the barrel for pure dps concerns, and alone, their sapping potential isn't that impressive outside very specific powerset pairings. It's when you get a couple of them together that their endurance drain goes from an interesting gimmick to borderline-overpowered; if three or four electric blasters stealth up to a group of enemies and hit Short Circuit in sync, nothing in that group will ever get more than an opening shot off before their end hits 0, and thanks to the guaranteed -recovery in Short Circuit, they'll never be able to even brawl you as long as someone uses it again every 10 seconds. Archvillains take a bit longer to drain, but an 8-man electric blast team can still floor them in short order.
Rule number six of an empathy defender is NEVER underestimate a blaster's ability to die. I don't care if he has CM, Fort, both RAs, bubbles (both FF and Sonic), and is fighting next to a Storm defender with hurricane on. If there is a way to die in that situation, the blaster will find it.

I have not really seen them in groups, so couldn't comment on them in that regard. It does sound interesting though, and your description of your experiences makes it even more interesting to want to try. Makes me almost want to sign up. lol

6 Elec/Therms and 2 Elec/Kins would be able to sap the FP and not get smooshed in the process to boot.
Everyone would have capped res to all, dmg cap for most of the SF and more than enough end drain.

For anything that is not an EB/AV, a solo character with end drain does quite well. For AVs and Monsters, you usually need some backup. I was on a team that dropped Adamastor, and it took my guy 3/4 of the fight to drop his end bar to nothing (think it only took us a couple minutes to do it). But yeah... teams, it's just crazy fast and effective.

Perhaps the biggest frustration is that Elec/* has a lot of -end but only has -recovery in specific moves. Essentially, you can get them mostly sapped but it's hard to keep them sapped to the point of fighting in safety. Otherwise, I enjoy my elec/elec due to the tools it has available.
o.o subject. THinking of making Elec / * corr villain team o.o
