The unofficial Australian server is Justice,
make sure to also get on the Justice global channels Justice United and JFA2010,
(I'm also Australian, and have experienced many of the same issues)

Yeh i checked justice, less people than freedom.
7PM and >50 people.... 
I'll continue to play but not being able to whisper on trial is kinda dodgy and if this continues i wont be subbing sorry.
Point of playing an MMORPG to me is to have a big global community and even at aus peak times its very very low.

Just an FYI because your new. You can't get accurate numbers using the Search feature. I'll explain. Many players make use of the /hide feature and Search will not list those people.
Type in /hide and you'll get a window that allows you to customize just who can find you. We got this feature because we had a huge problem with RMTers (gold farmers) harassing players with spam. Coincidentally the restrictions you are dealing with on your trial account were also added because of RMT abuse.
I strongly urge that you pop in on the Justice forum below and ask some of our Aussie players to meet you online. They'l be able to make your CoH experience more enjoyable, and give you tips on global channels they use to game with people when it's your prime time for playing once and if you get a regular account.

This is like having Ra's Al Ghul show up at your birthday party.
If you're willing to deal with Roleplayers, Virtue is your best bet. Mondays (Au time) are the best time for Rikti ship raids (Level 35-50 'endgame' content) and I've forgotten which day Hamidon raids are (Endgame content)
Freedom and Virtue are your best bets at large for PvP and Endgame content runs, despite what the search engine shows you, 6pm+ for us does indeed include a heck of a lot of nightowls in US time.
There is also an Oceanic subforum a few down from here, in addition to the Justice subforum. The oceanic subforum would probably be a better place for you to get help specific to your issues of population at your time frame.

Open your Team window while you're not on a team. You'll see the Search Comment box. Write something along the lines of "Please blind invite. On a trial and can't respond to tells."
The trial restrictions could've been done better, and I'm sorry you're having trouble finding people to play with. The kicker is that all of the best methods for finding teams are not available to people on trial accounts, which leads them to think that the teams aren't there to be found.

At 3am CDT you'll still find around 50 RPers having their masturbatory conversations in Pocket-D. It really is bizarre. I know that on Freedom and Virtue that Perigrine is always jumping. But being less than a 15, you can't even think about the words Perigrine Island without dying.

Putting the info about accepting blinds is good. Most teams you want to be on will generally not send blinds, but the ones you do want to be one use the Find function.
I'd sub for at least a month and get a toon past 32. Our trial sucks.

Well basicly my problem is that all villian side servers have under 50 people at my peak time and the biggest server is 250ish heroes on freedom. So, any aussies give me a good server suggestion or can tell me what end game / pvp is like on this server ~3am-10am US time and 6pm+ for us?
Wondering if any aussies play this because at the moment im not going to sub for a MMO that hardly has enough people to class as an MMO at peak times for me.
On the side note, are the euro servers better for this? If so, wont i get even WORSE ping due to servers located in euro?
