Suggestions for 3,182 Brain Storm Ideas ?

Back when Base Salvage got removed from the game, a bank SG my Hero character was in had 3 full and 1 partially full salvage bins. I was bored that day, so I converted the whole pile into Brain Storm Ideas. This resulted in 3,182 Brain Storm Ideas (and almost wore out a mouse & my finger from clicking and got my alt Tank 4 of the crafting badges to boot).

For whatever reason, I've been holding onto them since then. So i'm looking for suggestions on what would be the best way to cash out on these. So All Ye of The Ebilness, pray tell what path I should take:

Wipe out all the current market bids ? There was something like 2k bids, last 5 bids was 75k or so when I checked last night.

Slowly feed them into the market for 11 inf each ? That could take forever though...

Convert to Invention Salvage ? 40 BSIs will get you a Tech or Arcane Rare salvage, 20 is Random Tech or Arcane Rare. This equates to 79 or 159 pcs depending on declared or random.

Hand out as party favors ? Delete stack ? Random gifts ? <YOUR IDEA HERE> ?

thanks,

HMO

Too bad you already converted all the base salvage. Some of them are REALLY valuable nowadays. If you want to make influence I'd say convert them to rare salvage and sell that. Even rare tech salvage sells for millions these days so it should be ok to roll for random rare tech or arcane salvage at 20 Brainstorms per roll. However, at 75k per Brainstorm it would be ok to sell them as they are. But I doubt the price with stay there. I would expect to see prices around 33,000 inf per Brainstorm in the long run.

And if you decide to give them away for free, I'll be more than happy to take them.

Most profitable would be to convert to random rares, in my opinion. I've been making a good living buying up base salvage and converting twice, so converting once should be ok as well.

I've noticed a lot more flux around rare prices lately, so you can usually get off your high sales. I'm surprised no one has tried to lock down the positronic matrix market, since I think there are only a handful available on the market.

So that's why my bids don't fill as fast anymore.

probably. It blows my mind why some things are so much cheaper than others. Ah, good old laziness.

Nice, put in a bunch more bids for component salvage!

I'd agree with this. At 75k you'll get 1.5 mill for every 20 you sell. Use that 20 on a random roll and odds are you'll get salvage that will sell for 2-5 million. The down side is that you might get a low level piece, and those sell for much less. Still, the odds are in your favor as there are only 12 pieces of rare low level, and 24 pieces of rare mid and high level.

Why in the world do they go for 75k, when components go for a fraction of that.

Oops did I say that out loud?
