RV's Pillbox badges ??'s
If you cant get a team together grab a Heavy and go at it, its slow but sometimes it takes longer to get a team together....I guess it depends what server your on.
Everyone on your team gets credit for the click.
Team swap will always be the fastest, but again sometimes its a PITA to get teams toegther.
Hunt the AVs while you go for the pills, you might get more people in the zone that way.

In my opinions, the pillboxes are actually easier than getting the badges for the heavy. If you position the heavy correctly, you can make them last for a couple of pillboxes, especially if the character you are using has some buffs for it. Even if your character can't survive, you can hide around the corner and let it do it's thing.
Yes, taking out a box that is already taken over is much eaier/faster and the heavy will take minimal damage from it.
That said, you'd hit 100 boxes well before you ever get close to 250 heavy.. so what do you do?
Grab a heavy and relog 150 more times to keep grabbing it over and over? no
Grab a heavy and leave the zone back and forth 150 more times? nah
I just grab the heavy and suicide into the nearest pillbox (preferrably one not taken over with all 4 turrets still there).
If it's a really busy time for pvp, you can even advertise you are farming the heavy and you can get to the first one near the base before your pvp timer runs down and grab the heavy.. just let somebody kill you, and run back from the hospital again before the timer counts down. Repeat for a couple hours until you finally have that badge also. If it's not busy for PvP, or they are not fighting in front of your base, you can just get a friend to help kill you as well.
*Note: If for some reason you are slow and somebody kills you before you are able to grab the heavy, at least try to die next to the platform. If you open your Target window and click Actions, you can still click "Interact" while you are dead and still get credit.
Pillboxes are much easier than heavies. I got the last 89 heavies by entering zone with tray full of wakies and had a friend log a toon from other side.
Click on heavy.
As soon as I got it engaged walk so they knew I was ready.
Die quickly.
Use wakie.
Click on heavy.
I was able to clear a tray of wakies and get 20 credit for heavies every 10 mins or so.
I did them by going there when no one was about, taking control of an heavy and having at the pill boxes like there's no tomorrow.
As for the heavy badges, best way for me was to take control of the one nearest my base and then SS/SJ/TP/Fly (pick yours) towards the other faction base and let the drones there kill me. Rinse and repeat 250 times. Also best done when no one is around unless you actually enjoy PvP. Which I don't.

If I remember correctly it was changed sometime around i7-i8.

Unless this changed, no, only the one clicking it gets credit towards the badge.

Edit:
It happened at the same time as one of the major nerfs to heavies landed:

Hi Guys,
am working on these two PvP badges:
1. Just in time - take control of 50 pillboxes
2. Back from the future (?) - take control of 100 pillboxes
Any steers as to the best/clever way to do these please?
If a team takes control do all members get a badge credit or just the star?
As the strength of a pillbox's turrent is much lower when already under control (Purple when neutral and yellow when controlled), is it worth while trying to form a blue and a red team at the same time and sort of "swap" pillboxes for faster defeats?
Any thoughts would be appreciated
Oh and yes, I do know just how lucky I am not to have to get a 1000 as you Guys had to do back in the good old days!
Cheers
