It seems odd that the HeroCon attendees that signed up for GR CB access aren't listed there, since this announcement came out some time before the other one. It lists this as guaranteed CB access as well.

But the GR closed beta will be done a bit differently, so anyone with the 60 months vet badge, or anyone who took part in the loyalty program will get in.
