Col, unless your on the US server aswell as the EU server... I would not even wonder about a boxed edition. We in the EU will not get a boxed edition.
There will however be a Collectors edition that we can buy, instead of the just prepurchase one. In that collectors edition there will be an extra goodie pack, which those who buy the prepurchase do not get. Unless they buy it seperatly.
In the end it comes down to this.
If you prepurchase GR you can create Duel pistoleers and Demon summoners for several months before GR goes gold (july?).
Would you want to play them for months before launch or wait until GR goes live and get a free month and THEN play them?
So repeat, at the moment there is no way for the EU custom base to get a boxed edition. We can only get a "downloadable"/unlockable prepurchase/Collectors edition.

Or, to cut through all the dithering and tangental issues, yes, there will be a downloadable version of Going Rogue with all the goodies.

There may be stuff in the physical box, and there may be in-game stuff to come with the CE, but no dev has mentioned it.
There will also be an online-only $10 upgrade from GR regular to GR CE, but unless there are in-game goodies I'm not sure what the benefit is, since there would be no physical goodies if any exist (the upgrade is online-only) and to my understanding the upgrade doesn't include the 30-day play time. I suppose if someone purchased regular GR, got an account set up, and then wanted to go someone aside from Praetoria... or there's something else in GR CE.
