I'm going to be leveling one in a duo with a friend's BS/SD as soon as he finishes his tank, so I'd be interested.
Aside the numbers, which it's always nice to get another set of eyes on, I find guides that comment on the leveling experience (the 20s suck, avoid group X until power Y, etc) very helpful.

Yeah I'd like that. I made some Io'ed out softcapped elec/shield/blaze builds for the endgame and farms, skipping some attacks I'd certainly pick while leveling. Plus I never leveled a /SD toon.

This guide is going to be especially difficult to write now that all of my builds have been totally twerked over with the impending change to the BotZ IO set. I'll try to churn it out in the next couple of weeks as I have time.

A good thing to include would also be the Best attack chains.
Seriously, another guide that simply regurgitates what you can already read with the in-game power descriptions is needed about as much as lingerie on a horse.
But clear ideas about what can be achieved with a build in terms of DPS, recharge, survivability etc, these things are always good.
And lets face it, with Elec/SD the biggest question centres around how quick someone can spam Build Up - Shield Charge - Lightning Rod ?

* LRod has a 2.57s cast time, SC has a 1.5s cast and BU 1.17s, that's why I added 2-3 seconds.
Hi everyone, I'm posting this to inquire about whether or not I should write a guide on the subject of Elec/SD scrappers. This will be my third guide (if I do). It'd be a good compilation of possible builds with various spending criteria (ie. purples vs. no purples, PVP IO's vs. no PVP IOs), as well as pointing out which powers are good and which powers are not, which most guides seek to accomplish. Would this be helpful to the community at large? Any thoughts on the issue are appreciated!
