I think villain Hamidons are Sunday evenings, but I don't raid redside so I am not sure.

Virtue blueside hami raids are mondays, wednesdays and saturdays, usually very swift and painless
Virtue redside hami raids are on tuesdays and sundays, with varying degrees of success ranging from fair to mediocre
Devs do hate villains after all.
Virtue's villain Hamidon raids are on Sundays 3PM PST and Tuesdays 5PM PST. Often these are double raids.
Virtue's hero Hamidon raids are on Mondays 4:30PM PST, Wednesdays 5PM PST, and Saturdays 3PM PST. These have a tendency to overfill more than an hour ahead of schedule. Usually these are double raids, with triple raids occasionally.

Champion does weekly hami raids blueside on Sundays at 7:30pm ET. People usually begin gathering around 7, if memory serves me correctly.

Redside ATs are far more solo friendly. Stalkers operate under a hit and run policy while Mastermind henchmen tend to clog door ways for years. Not team friendly at all.

Guardian has a Weekly Hero Hamidon Raid on Wednesdays at 9:00 PM EST. Work was being started on a Weekly Villain Hamidon Raid, but the organizer had to leave the game for a few months due to real life.

Justice has Hami raids frequently, but I can never be arsed to remember the schedule. Multiple times a week, and fairly often an unscheduled PUG Hami can be kicked up with little problem if there's enough tanks around.

Justice raids:
Blue side Mon, Wed, Thur night at 9pm est and every other Fri at 12 midnight.
Red side Every Tue except tanker Tue. 9pm est dependent on enough to show up in the zone. I believe they start Monster killing with 35 unhidden.
Freedom raids:
To my knowlege Fri, Sat at 9 pm done by the Ultra's. Used to be more ofter but a few of us are busy with the PvP league.

Scrappers CAN be team oriented... IF the PLAYER is. But you are correct in that, as a class, they are not necessarily structured for it.
I do like a good team-oriented scrapper-player on my teams, but it is sooooo easy for them to go into "scrappper lock", that it is uncommon to come across someone who can restrain themselves.

I'd say Virtue, Justice, and Freedom top 3. Which the replies here also seem to support.
Not sure if Freedom does villain raids, they only started regular hero raids within the last 3-5 months I think.
Right now Virtue seems to be the most hami-crazy. I can barely get into them anymore, they fill up so fast. I'm going back to my regular Monday schedule though so I may try joining again this coming Monday.
