I'd definitely ask if they are ever going to fix the plethora of game breaking bugs that have existed for many months, and some for many years. Then again, we already know the answer, so don't bother.
Keep in mind, they're not there to answer your questions anyway. They're there to answer questions about what color you can make your dual pistol and how many new costume pieces there will be in GR.
