Well the guy's on a trial during double XP weekend. He'll be hitting 14 extremely quickly so why not take the opportunity to roll up a variety of AT/power set combos to get an overall better idea of game play and the differences in each AT?
That was the point I so ineloquently trying to make.

hello everyone, I'm trialing the game and its been pretty good so far, but i may have hit a bug or did something wrong. I'm, at lvl 14 threat and can't go up anymore. I keep gaining infamy but not xp, if anyone has any idea of what may be going on, i'd appreciatte the help.
