I also hate all the nubs who don't PvP with walk. They will all learn one day that Super Speed is for downies.

Regen Scrappers are so the new farm targets in zones. Double AS ftw! Headsplitter, GFS, Impale roots like a BISH just get a stalker buddy and 2 shot 98% of them. (No sharks, sorry!)
They are easier to play because mindless damage spam doesn't work as well on them as Blasters, Defenders, or Controllers, but outside of MoG (which you can 10 count through) they go down fast.
I think people will roll something other than Regen when something other than Regen actually works well enough in PvP.
Personally, I do Super Reflexes in PvP quite a bit. No, you should not try that at home, kids, you'll shoot your eye out. But playing SR in PvP tells you why people play Regen instead.
Sad thing is, at 30% Elusivity SR wasn't bad at all. Not especially hard to kill, but actually playable. Dern Forts gettin' SR nefed along with them. Se la PvP!

The /Regen craze atm is no different than the Healzor craze in PvE 3 years ago. Healing one's self can often mean for some peeps... the only way to survive. Regen does this well so many will flock to the set knowing very little about how to survive without healing through damage.
Fortunately this phase is ending now that players have begun to recognize that -END and -REGEN are the two big holes is any regen's build, and found in many builds in CoX.
For any fightclubbers (Brutes) wishing to fight them and win I'd suggest just looking into Patron pets that offer these effects, as well as sets. Elec/Elec/Mu for example, can make just about any duelist crap their pants when played right.
"Situational power? Sure. Although in a sense... all powers are situational. It's just that some situations occur more than others." Understand the situation needed in order for the power to be most effective... and make that situation happen.

Ok...so i have been paying a good 39 months on and off and i'm really tired of regen scrappers. It's all i mostly see. Do you know how frustrating it is fighting something with 2 heals ,IH, and then runs cuz they don't wanna die?? not to mention the ones who actually put sets into them... Really now? Find something new to play guys. When brutes got will power it was darn good and then regen itself got nerfed. so now it's just heals that will power didn't come with.
