Hmmm...so, heroes get access to more accolades than villains this way (unless, say, both Founders' Falls AND Brickstown badges yield a 30-39 zone accolade). Though nothing specifically indicated any accolade powers were involved.
It will be interesting to see how in-game email influence/infamy transfers interact with anti-spammer technology. What happens if an email transfer is deleted, or if they can't be deleted without first accepting the influence? Spammers would then just stick a point of influence/infamy in the mail before sending it off to complicate deletions...
