There is, and although the (now cross-server) Mentor Project (stickied thread in Player Questions section) is the new spearhead for the N P C, doing events specifically for the new players on Protector is still what it's about.
If you're willing to do this, perhaps Sokyoku could get the infamy for redside N P C events?
Blueside is doing quite OK for now, comparatively.

fyi i will be sending out these e-mails tonight(read: as soon as i get home from work). if you have not given me a global name to send it to or arranged some way for me to give you your prizes then umm.. you cant get them till you do...
Prizes have now been mailed out.. if you did not recieve them then please check your mail settings and/or doublecheck me so i can make sure i sent them to the correct global. Lordseraph has not contacted me regarding his prize so if i do not hear from him before i-18 his funds will go into the pot for next contest.
