Serial Number

I bought the game today from the NCSOFT internet shop,i got the email thet saz i bought it but i dont get the serial number
what to do?

I must admit, it has been so long ago, I can't really remember.

But, if I am right, you must have created an NCSoft Master Account in order to purchase via NCSoft. And if you log into that Master Account, I think there should be a place with unused serial codes. You then need to apply this code to a CoH account.

If that doesn't do it, you can try to go to the NCSoft Support page and look, or raise an issue with support team. (The above link is for the US version).

Yep.

You select the relevant code and either:
1) upgrade your trial account (assuming you have one)
2) create a new account

i dont see tha cod... i see only the 4 last latters.... exacualy like thet :

If you look at your Ncsoft Account details, it should say to the left of the serial that is XXXX out, whether it is a Trial or Retail key. From the looks of it you just need to input the key where it says "Use serial Code"

Upon purchasing the game you should also ahve recieved an email with the code highlighted in orange!?

it saz its still a Trial version....
and yes i got an email and talked with some one named Roger and now hes not responding
and when i try to update it in other way it saz "Your options for applying code XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-KRVC are:" and when i chuze the exziting acc they whant me to pay more! WTF?

Does it want you to pay something or just provide details of a payment method?

If the former, it should tell you directly what it wants from you in terms of cost, and something has gone a bit haywire. However, it is part of the normal account activation procedure for every MMO I've encountered to ask for payment info of some sort - it won't actually be charged anything until the free time packaged with the game expires, unless you cancel it by then, as you are free to do.

Have patience, chances are if you've already spoken with someone, they will get back to you as soon as they can to rectify the situation. When I had a problem with a serial code, they resolved it within twelve hours.
One of the many things about this game is that they do everything in their power to help you, as I said, have patience, they will get back to you!
