There's a simple way ( besides just trying to log on ) to tell if you are in the closed beta for something and just haven't gotten the e-mail yet. Check the Dev/Community digest; if you see posts by the Devs in "Issue 16 Closed Beta Bugs" or whatever, then you're in.

They dont ever send me emails 
If anyone's not gotten an e-mail, you might still be available for the Dual Pistol closed beta.
To check, go to the first page of the CoH forum - not the English one, but the page that shows the English, French and German sections - if you're available for the closed beta, and it's set up the way the I14 closed beta was set up, then you should see the closed beta section right at the top of the page, just above the English section.

Did you go to Hero Con?
Did you stay subscribed during the Loyalty Program period?
If you did one or more of these three things, and you're still not in the Dual Pistol closed, beta, then you should contact one of the mods.

So my PlayNC account says that I have 4 years 6 months of paid time, but that I have 5 years of Veteran time (stupid unemployment). I have the 60 month vet badge, wasn't subscribed during the loyalty period, and no way I made Hero Con. No beta invite. That doesn't concern me, but I am rather confused by how ambiguously I meet or do not meet the requirements.
Any problems or questions in my view id use the support emails to clear anything up.

If the closed beta is the same as the I14 one, then clicking on the forum main page - not the English one - will show you the closed beta section right at the top of the page.
