You can try taking it up with customer service, but I imagine that they'll tell you the same thing: start a new NA account.

I have looked into this, you would have to buy a seperate account. I was told by many that "You cannot transfer an EU account to an NE account"
You can however buy NA version and start from scratch that way. I may do this at some point in the future as there isn't enough RP on Defiant!

I am happy that the European friend who introduced me to City of Heroes had a NA account and that I never had the misfortune to experience the EU servers... and I recommend all europeans to have american accounts, its much more fun to play on 11 servers with players than on 2 empty ones (and 2 you can't understand) :-)

I dont want to change to an NA server (anylonger) given that ALL my friends play on EU servers, namely Defiant (see, no need to use excessive capitals.) That and I have happily made Defiant my home.
As for the RP - well if there's a lot of RP on Onion then that dictates there's probably a lot of ERPers, and I am yet to find any on Defiant, so staying put, taverymch!
