Unable to change MA power animations

Hiyaa people, I tried changing the power animations on ma new MA character [Only lvl 8 atm] and they won't change?

Set them to punches in the character creation, but they have remained the same - however my colour changes have been implemented

Went to Icon, tells me that they are on the settings for punches etc, but ma character is still kicking away :')

Any reasons?

It's probably a stupid question, but are you sure you're looking at the right powers?

Some of the MA attacks are still kicks even when the punches theme is chosen.

Other than that, I don't really have any idea. I've got one of my MA characters changed

and haven't had any problems with it.

Does the character use a shield? If so then this is a known problem and is something I have an issue with also on my shield/SS tanker. I believe Bab's has said they have fixed this but the update has not made it to the live servers yet.

What Dragon King said. Currently custom animations aren't working with shields, so if your Scrapper is MA/Shield the custom animations won't play outside of the tailor screen.

Edit: If your MA user is a Stalker then it's a new bug to me.

Interesting. If the custom animations only play when you set them as a group then my SD/SS Tanker is still SOL until a new patch fixes things. Much like Kheldarn i do not like all the alternate animations for any of the sets.

Well, my testing showed that doesn't seem to be it. I made a throwaway MA/SD Scrapper, set the animations to the alternates, took Storm Kick for my starting attack, and still did the jumping roundhouse kick. Same thing for a SS/SD Brute, and Jab.

Maybe that's being fixed on Test today...
