Nope. It's 9:30 a.m. on the west coast, and I still can't get into the test server. I'm not seeing any "queue" message though. It just says the test server is closed for internal testing.

As per The Ocho's announcement, it seems to be a Closed Beta testing of the Dual Pistols power set.

Well I've been in a couple of closed betas (starting with Issue 9) and I've never received an invite to it. My e-mail hasn't changed in the 5 years that I've had a Master account I just don't get the invites in the mail

I suppose that you could call it that. I mistyped in what you quoted, it was Issue 14 that didn't increment the build version number, not Issue 15. It wasn't so much a case of releasing out of cycle as it was a case of something that was "done" in the same version getting a bunch of new functionality, and being cleaved from Issue 13 for a later release, but called a new issue, anyway. If I'm correct about the old build numbers, Issue 6 wasn't out of order, but rather a pretty standard practice of restarting with a one for a project that had a fundamental overhaul.

If you have access to the closed beta forums, you're in closed beta. If you don't, you aren't.
