I have two ELA toons and I didn't skip grounded on either one. It is a skippable power, but I always thought, "Why spend a couple million inf to do something that you can get for free"

On the main page it still lists the downtime to end at 9am eastern, which is 4 hours ago. The downtime in your link said 12pm eastern, about 1 hour ago.
Edit: I'm still a sad panda
Edit 2: http://www.cityofheroes.com/news/ser...er_status.html shows the downtime/uptime as I mentioned earlier -

I've soloed posi with my kat/regen with no IO's. So I know it can be done. With IO's I would get the clerity stealth IO to make it a lot quicker.

I just hit lvl 33 with a Claws/Elec scrapper and I love it.

I'm giving Jack a fair and honest shot. If it delivers then I'll be playing both for a bit. If it doesn't then oh well.
Funny story on how I got a hold of a pre order. Went into my Gamestop to pick up a game card and was told they were liquidating the old cards for new cards coming in. Manager told me he was going to toss it anyway so preorder a couple game and get 60 days free.
The way I figure it is that I paid 5 dollars to play CoH for 60 days. CO is just the odd looking desert that may or may not be worth while.
Be honest everyone, most of you are really curious about CO. Personally though, I only have room for one paid MMO so CO is gonna have to do some major wowing to make me give up 27 months of time with CoX -
well as a heads up the option seems cool, You guys do know your stuff and you push the envelope with the missions, I remember doing Invincible TF's prior to IO's with you guys, I'm spending a lot of time redside this weekend. So unless you got a redside SG, I guess it's PUG's for me....
