My guess is a corrupted texture, perhaps more than one, especially if you're only seeing it on a couple pieces and very recently.
i'd suggest clicking the "Verify All Files" button on the updater the next time you go to run it and seeing if it fixes anything.
Possibly related: did you update your display drivers recently?

No not hugely recently, I'll verify now. Thank you.

Having odd colors in your game's textures is also a sign of imminent video card failure. When's the last time you took a can of air to the dust inside? I don't know ATI cards, is that a stand-alone card or a chip on the motherboard? Are all your fans spinning (especially the one on your card if it is stand-alone)?

EDIT: Ooh. Just saw that it's an Inspiron. That's a laptop, right? Forget the canned air... you'll be hard-pressed to get in there if you're not techy. Umm. The 'sign of failure' comment is still valid, though. Does it do this only after it's been in use for a while (meaning hot), or even when the laptop is cold after resting?

Its a new laptop, never noticed it being especially hot. Has been on all day, so it maybe warmer then normal. Running very quietly.

Depends what level of detail you are running on, too. When running on low on my old laptop before updating to my current PC, Clockwork LTs had certain parts turn golden. It wasn't game breaking...they just turned gold. *shrug*

I'm no techhead, so, no idea.

I've seen this too, but for me it's only been with the arcane hoods. No other problems with any other textures for me, just the arcane hoods. I haven't checked again to see if it's still there or not, but I noticed this over the weekend and thought it odd. I just thought something was goofy with my client at the time.
