Easiest place I know of is Siren's Call.. You can get Sorcerers, Blue Ink Men, Toxic Tarantulas and Mu Guardians there on either a Hero or a Villain.
Also, I would note that when I hunt for badges in open zones, I find it easier when there are at least 3 people on the team... not just because there are more players looking, but I seem to see more bosses in the spawns as well.
I floated around Jackpot in St. Martial, quite a few hang around there.... oh Crescent and the other named bosses don't count

Try to run in this area North of "The Hard Way". A bind/macro "targetcustomnext sorcerer" helps a lot.
Also:
- Join few Ice Mistral SFs, 4th door mission (in Cap) has a lot of them.
- Farm Chaos Unbound arc. Set mission with Tsoo and CoT for x8.
Yup, NW St. Martial is the best spot for them as well as the Ice Mistral SF.

You could also always use Ouroboros to re-do Tsoo missions =)

I will try the Darrin Wade arc, thanks. The other arc the mission seems to be 5th in a series, yuck lol. Hunting St Martial yields okay results, not spectacular. Wish these fights were 50th level, at least it would be worth the effort. I should submit that idea, some map you could visit with spawns of certain types at your level. I will fight 10 Tsoo for one sorcerer, I got no problem with that. But killing greys is just blah.
St. Martials is normally a good bet, but work in a team, and take different areas, thats how I got the Gangbuster and Untouchable badge, got two of my SG mates and we hit St. Martial, took an area each and it didnt take too long at all!
Also, having done it again after 2 years 
try the Crystal Keeper SF. With the amount of Sorcerers you get there if it doesn't get you the badge, at least it will give you a leg up on it.

Killing 200 Paragon Protectors was not enough for Viridian. (This guy better pay in truckloads of cash) He also wants me to get the Tracer badge, for killing Tsoo Sorcerers. Now I did every mission, every arc, every side mission, for every contact with my toon. I got 10. Granted I tried to stealth as many missions as possible, but brute stealth isnt all it could be, I basically ran through the missions to the end. Anyways, enough of my crying in my beer. Makes it too salty.
So. I need to Kill 190 Tsoo Sorcerers villain side. The guides say go to St Martial. After 15 minutes searching there I found one. 189 to go. The math on that time investment makes me wanna scream too. At least the Paragon Protectors were everywhere.
So villains of the Rogue Isles, where can a brute find tons of Tsoo Sorcerers? Is there a story arc that can be farmed?
