I'd still be in favor of an "Upgrade All" scenario. Maybe instead it's an option of "Upgrade All SOs", then "DOs" and then "TOs." I'd certainly be in favor of a system that allows you to purchase straight into the enhancement screen. If it was similar to how you can choose the level of the enhancement (like the Merit Vendor), that would be even better. Let's say someone wants to lock their toon at 40, it would be nice if they could buy level 43 enhancements from the store.

I believe what he is trying to say is that given the chance players will take the path of least resistance. Furthermore when players do take the easy route and it backfires on them rarely do they take responsibilty for their actions. Far too often they blame the game or the devs for something they could have avoided had they taken the time to RTFM. They can use their internet navigation skills to find the forums to whine, *****, moan, and complain but the idea of using those same skills to find, download, and read the free online manual . . .

I wouldn't mind a feature that automagicaly upgraded all your expired Non IOs to even level versions at a slightly increased price.
