Jewelry
Im playing one of my characters that is supposed to wear a charm as her magic power and I have had to use the chest detail and the loose neckchain to create it. I wanted to do the same for a male character, but the same emblem is huge on his chest. The whole think got me thinking about jewelry again and how a few necklaces, bracelets, ankle bracelets, and rings would make nice accessories for many costumes.

And just an option for smaller chest symbols on males, too. Just because my character's male doesn't mean he has a logo on his shirt or a tattoo going the width of his chest.
/signed as well
I'll go a little further and say that a bracelet option would be nice. Not the giant, three or four ring bracer looking thing we have now but maybe a single ring. Keep it filling the glove slot, just call is "Bracelet Small" or something.
But, back to the OP, I'd love a necklace that didn't look like I just robbed Mr. T. If it came with an assortment of pendants (perhaps like the cape clasps), that'd be seriously awesome but I'd settle for two or three non-industrial necklace options.
And some love for the Spiked Collar please. It's hideously low-res and its clipping has been borked for an awful long time.

Yeah, everyone wants to feel beautiful.
gimmie GRILLLLLLLLS for my thug MM too!
Assorted rings (as glove details), bracelets and bracers, medallions, etc. are perennial favorites in costume request threads.
My scrapper doesn't need an AoE. She IS an AoE.

There are no words for what this community, and the friends I have made here mean to me. Please know that I care for all of you, yes, even you. If you Twitter, I'm MrThan. If you're Unleashed, I'm dumps. I'll try and get registered on the Titan Forums as well. Peace, and thanks for the best nine years anyone could ever ask for.
I always thought having neck details as separate from shoulders was a good idea.
In general, though, I think we need to split at least a few costume options into several parts, like having a bare had with a variety of 3D props on top of it as a drop-down option instead of a texture. Hands, feet, upper arms, upper legs and possibly neck would be good locations for this.
