Power Cap Limits?

I realize this is probably out there somewhere in the forum, but I couldn't find anything with the search function. I am tweaking my lvl 50 Stone/Stone tank and was planning on seeing if adding Winter's Gift twice (one in Teleport and one in Swift) would be worth it. I currently have 3 lvl 50 crafted non-set IOs in swift. I know that is over the cap and over-kill, but if I put in a set of WG lvl 35s it seems like it will be under the cap even with the +6% set bonus negating the main purpose of the second set (+ run spd).

Is there a thread somewhere with all the caps for powers listed on an easy to read table?

Thanks in advance for pointing me in the right direction. : )

PS, apart from the purples all my IO sets are 30-35 to maximize effectiveness when ex'd down with granite. So keeping at a max of lvl 35 is important.

Just FYI, Winter's Gift has a unique, so you couldn't stack the run speed bonus twice.

Ahhhh, I didn't even think to look to see if it had a unique. Whoops.....

Well, I would still like to know. I may slot it in swift and leave my Jaunt Set intact in Teleport. The regen bonus may end up being worth it if I can get the swift close to cap. If not I will just throw it in TP

Thanks for pointing that out Julius

Also, just in case you were expecting something like this, the slows from Granite and Rooted are flagged unresistable, so the slow resist Unique won't reduce their effect.

Yup, that I did know, but I am collecting a bunch of +movement IO set bonuses like in the Winter's Gift set along with the commuter day job to try and max my movement out as much as possible.

Ah nertz..... Can anyone else out there confirm that? I knew IO sets couldn't be put into the universal powers like sprint and the prestige runs like power quick, but thought they were allowed in powers that you had to select in advancement?

Thanks for the replies guys, I appreciate the pointers

None of the Auto effect movement powers can take anything except normal enhancements and Common IO's.

This includes: Swift, Hurdle, Quickness, Lightning Reflexes

Also Sprint and it's variants (prestige slide, etc) cannot slot Universal Travel IO's.

For those you'll have to use an actual movement power pool choice: Combat Jumping, Super Jump, Hover, Fly, etc.

As far as enhancing movement for Granite Form goes, it's pretty viable. My stone tank is specced to always run in granite and he runs at slightly faster than a normal toon with just Swift+Sprint going, which is still slow but is an acceptable speed for his concept.

Sprint can slot Jumping and Running Set IOs but not Universal Travel IOs. Swift (and Hurdle) cannot slot any set IOs. The wiki is a good resource for these sort of questions:
