Heya, folks. I also opened up a new folder at the group for Artists' Alley, called "WIP". WIP it, WIP it reaaaal good.
Members of the Artists' Alley can post their works in progress there if they want to show their current projects and get some feedback from the group. =)
I lost the CityofHeroes Icon that was on my DA page that I could click on to get to the SG DA page. Any idea how I can get that back?

Something to be aware of...
When you're uploading contributions into galleries, there's a button to click to 'contribute to this gallery'.
It doesn't work that way. If you don't set the drop-down to the gallery you want, it will ALWAYS default to "Screenshots".
This thing has bitten me twice now.

Yep. On your DA page, on the right side, click "Edit Page." The Groups Widget should be on page #5.

Ok as an 80's-90's lyrics aficionado I have to point out if you are referring to the song "Whip it" by Devo in your folder title... at no time do they ever say Whip it reaaal good (they do say "Whip it good" many times though).
That would be Salt n' Peppa's "Push it" that says "Ahhh SSSSS, Push it, Push It REAAAAL Good."
If you already knew that and were by chance combining the two in your title then I must warn you that attempting to cross the whitest nerdiest synth band of all time with the chocolaty soulful sistah's of pop may very well tear a rift in the fabric of time and space...
it's like crossing the streams in Ghostbusters... it would be bad.

DEVO wasn't THAT nerdy.
That honor would probably go to Haircut One Hundred.
But yes, combining funk/pop with DEVO would result in some possibly catastrophic musical mutations. Altho' they did do a reasonably decent job with "Workin' in a Coal Mine"....

Funnily enough I was just remarking a little while back to Larissa about HC100's song "Love +1" as a sort of try to stump each other with obscure lyrics... yeah stumped her with that one.
Yeah they may not have been the nerdiest band ever, which is why I had the word "synth" in there... of all the synth bands that I could think of, well they take the nerd cake.

Think all my heroines are submitted to "screenshots" now. >.< (no, not "all of mine," just all of the ones I have art of - still not a small number.)

Which ones are they? They may have been moved already.
I feel dumb already; I thought being in the folder and hitting the contribute button would default to that folder; I noticed right after I clicked OK that it went to screenshots anyway.
So... yeah I'm gonna get off the PC for a while and go do some mundane house cleaning to punish myself for not paying attention.

145 deviations since yesterday afternoon. I'm never going to keep up with all this stuff. Still, nice to have everyone/everything in one awesome place.
