I mean no disrespect. However, if you're going to be overly sensitive, it's best to reevaluate yourself before entering the game. You'll be ruining a lot of people's good times by insisting the world is ruining your good time.

In a situation such as this, If someone doesn't like a given approach to the game, all that's necesarry is to leave the thread, and go on about thier way. I got some really good advice from some people, but others didn't take the above approach...they decided to stop and take the time to tell me how wrong I was...one even goign so far as to suggest the thread shold be deleted. They could've simply left the thread and moved on...but they stayed to give me ****...yet I'm the one with the "attitude problem,"...laughable

While it is a reason, I seriously doubt that it is the chief reason for someone to have multiple accounts. There have been a number of improvements to the leveling speed, such that getting to 50 doesn't take all that long, even without PLing. Then there's people with a newfangled thing called "patience" who don't care how long it takes to reach 50. While you don't generally see the PLer crowd saying "you should play the game my way!", what you generally do see is, in my opinion, worse: "the game should change so that my way is even better!" So if trying to convince you to change playstyle is disrespectful and "really freakin' pathetic", what is complaining about it on an internet forum, if not "even more pathetic"? I'm guessing if everyone defined what they meant by 'powerleveling' as you use it, you'd fine that you all agree with each other... except over the definition of 'powerlevling.'

When people with differing views on various subjects advocate their viewpoint i rarely feel threatened or bullied, even if i strongly disagree. Maybe i'm just not sensitive enough to appreciate the threat to my views presented by the presence of opposing viewpoints and opinions. Especially the ones phrased more as suggestions than demands, they just slip under my threat detection triggers, though i will consider the position even if i remain opposed or disinterested. *shrug*
Mind you, there are a few things i do get worked up about, but that doesn't mean i get all ragey and threatened just because someone states an opposed position.

Welcome back to the game. Not much further to be gained here, since this is still a hot button topic for people on both sides, but power-leveling is not inherently an exploit.

They really do.
Caveat: They really do make the difference if the team is reasonably well-organized. You can defeat more enemies, at higher difficulty and at a faster pace on a steamrolling team. This results in very fast leveling, especially if you've got Patrol XP in play, or you're on a double XP weekend, or you've got a Day Job bonus to xp... or all three.
On the other hand, if your team spends twenty minutes figuring out what mission to do next and at least half the team is always afk at any given moment - or half the team is dead at any given moment - then you might just get better use of your time playing solo.
But yeah, with even a reasonably competent team, the difference in leveling speed is signficiant. With an excellent team, the difference is phenomenal.
