Recall Friend (Stationary Pets)
Some of them, like the Traps Acid Mortar, used to actually be summonable. They later made that particular pet immune to TPs, so I suspect that they lean toward the stationary nature of these pets as a balancing point.
Having Vengeance and Fallout slotted for recharge means never having to say you're sorry.

Also, the given example from the OP is an untargetable pseudo-pet that wouldn't be targetable (and thus portable) even if other stationary pets were changed back to being portable.

The Tree of Life DE emanator is targetable (so that you can destroy it), but I'm pretty sure Spirit Tree (from Plant Control) is just a clone of Traps > Triage Beacon, with different graphics.

I know I've seen it show up in the pet window, and a quick check with a friend who also plays a Plant/ Dom said the same thing.
Not sure why it's targetable while Triage Beacon is not, but then, that's how things went back in the day.

Inded. On my Plant/TA Controler right now, Tree is targetable.
IMO, one of two things needs to happen with Spirit Tree(and Triage Beacon);
A) Cut down it's recharge and duration to allow for recast as the group moves (say 30sec duration 90sec recharge) (possibly also lower it's end cost, it's only 13 as is, but cuting it down to 7.8 would be nice since you have to cast it much more often)
B) Give it a much bigger Regeneration bonus (500%) and have it's duration Cut down to 30sec, shave it's recharge at 180sec. This settup means it wont be active as much, but when it is it will have a much more noticeable impact, roughly equivalent to Regeneration Aura, but with a shorter duration and a mobility penalty (since you have to stay by the tree).

I can't be the only one that's actually seen the Tree follow it's creator a short distance. It looks like it disappears underground, tunnels for a while then springs up once the summoner stops moving.
That might just be me though...

P.s. I've seen tree of life follow me up elevators, but i'm pretty sure it's a glitch.

I'd really like to have the abbility to teleport stationary pets such as Tree of Life so that we are better able to utilize our summoned pets.
I believe the cost balances the benefit as you are having to give up a pool power and power slot in order to teleport your pet to you.
Anyone else be for or against this? Is it possible as far as coding goes?
