Check the list of villain flashbacks for family. To tell you the truth though, not one of those arcs come close to street hunting in terms of efficiency.

Sadly, that is the best method to get the badge.

Unfortunately, your best bet is Heavy Metal Doctoring. I say unfortunately because only two out of 3 missions are vs Family and the second is split family/council. And that really is your best bet. All the other arcs have only 1 mission vs family, or you're looking at the Port Oaks arc with the Mooks where it is 2 out of 5.

I was thinking of running the Chaos Unbound arc via Flashback, and just re-running the first mission after I figured out what settings are optimal for Bosses.
I was under the impression that Jackpot was the best area to find them, but after spending about an hour running around, and only finding 4, I started looking at Flashbacks.
Maybe I should check out The Flop...

OK, yeah, The Flop is totally the place to get the required kills. I found an area near the NE back section of The Flop that I was circling, and I was getting between 7-12 Bosses per circle.
I used /bind K target_custom_next Capo && target_custom_next Consig and ran around spamming K. It would only target the Bosses in a mob.

The flop is by far the best, with only Marconeville or the docks by Nerva coming close and really the flop is way better. Marconeville is really only a good idea if you want the badge early enough to unlock Slotmachine as a contact.

Thanks to all of you for the Flop tip. I was growing old trying to find bosses in PO. The Flop has tons of Marcone Consigs in a pretty tight space.
