Not targeting right... not keeping EoEs up... taunting too close...
It ran the gambit tonight.
I cant stress theis enough for any hami raid... ASK QUESTIONS.
Lots of them. Beforehand.
I give an overview, and when no one asks questions, I assume the overview is sufficient.
There is no such thing as a dumb q.. ok yes there are... but ask them anyways.
If you cant lock on through the lead for your assignment.. dont say Yes you have it locked when you dont.
If you need EoEs, speak up before the wave, not during.
Dont phone it in. Watch you insps for the blinking EoE. Pop another one then. If you miss an EoE, you will die fast.
Im just so pissed at myself for wasting everyone's time for 2hrs and nothing to show for it.

I know that regardless of what happened, some of us on the taunting team still tried our best; we had no way of knowing things would ultimately end up as they did..
A few lessons were learned though, and we'll definitely do better next time. Thanks to all who showed up - was a nice go at it, regardless 
I don't think that you should blame yourself, Net. This stuff happens.
There's good news and bad news. The good news is that we are attracting new people every time we raid. The bad news is that we're attracting new people every time we raid. We'll work it ... as long as we keep working at it and practicing.
I do agree that we should be encouraging questions, however.

That sucks; I was listing to someone in Vent who was at the Hami and it sounded frustrating.
Just reminding everyone that the next redside hamidon raid will take place this saturday, the 21st at 9pm EST. I'll also try and run EoE farming at 10pm on thursday and friday, but because I am coming home from college on friday, the logistics might get a bit hairy. Still, I think I can make all three dates.
