Yes. Use the Dress Shirt 2 selection from the Chest category. Then use the Assassin Chest Pattern. Colour the 'stripes' white, and the rest black. Then use a jacket that you like.
Edit: and the Chest Symbol in the 'Under' category can be set to Peace Sign or Celtic 3 in all black to block out the rest of the Assassin line.
