I saw that in Paragon wiki but I can't get him as a contact. Who gives him as a contact? If Im lvl 33 have I missed my opportunity w/out ouroborousing?
At 33. Go see Gordon Bower. He will say he has nothing to give you, but send you onwards through the Croatoa chain. Kelly Nemmers gives the introduction to him.
You maybe at risk of outlevelling him, so consider turning your XP off until you get his arc started.

Just searched paragon wiki again and shows his lvl range as 25-29, am I screwed being lvl 33?

Or just wait until you *DO* outlevel him, then do the arc through Ouroboros to unlock the contact. It's worth mentioning that, if you do the arc 'for real', only the arc owner unlocks the contact. If you do the arc through Ouroboros, everyone on the team unlocks the contact.
Buck's arc in the crystal is called 'Crossing Over'.

Kelly is also 30-34 and Gordon will pass you on directly to her. You'll have to do her arc before she introduces you to Bucky. If you look like you might make 35 before you get started on Buck's story book, then turn off exp.
I don't have any experience in using the flashback for him but I have done his arc several times.
Ive been trying for a few days to figure out how to get the contacts to get this TF but Im lost. I was able to do it on my Natural Origin Inv/SS Tank but that was a yr ago or so and now I dont remember. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
