No themes, I just want straight out creativity. Powers are allowed, but if they interfere with the surrounding people(stuff like steamy mist) then it will not.
If i have costume that I believe will win though it lacks a critical component (skates, which the devs have yet to develop despite my begging for it) should I still enter that toon?

Great job choosing the venue, because looking up at Atlas' bum-bum during a costume contest gets old. A change of scenery is always nice.
