Not been reactivated :( Don't know why can someone help?

Hello,

My account and that of my wife has not been reactivated we're not bad people honest!

My brother in law and his GF have been reactivated and we would love to play with them tonight but can't.

I sent a message to support last night and got some reply saying it was being escalated and nothing more after that.

Would some kind person be able to send me a couple return to COH invites so I can at least play tonight? Thing is if we all get back on tonight I'm sure we will probably resub.

Help......

You've already done what you needed to, which is contact support. The rest of us can only wish you luck.

I'm assuming that you had an active account before, yes? Because trial accounts aren't being reactivated this time around, it seems.

Hi,

Thanks for replying - I did have an active account before I have the trial key and my own key listed on the acct management part of the site.

it's not going to be any good to me really if I dont get reactivated in the next 20 mins.

Support have probably all gone home which was why I wondered if a kind player might spare me 2 reactivate slots for past accounts - just think if we do sub up that'll mean more game time free for them

The support staff has NOT gone home. We have GMs and customer support 24/7. How quickly they will get to you, however, is another matter entirely.

I'm wondering what part of the world the OP lives in. This game is US based and people here don't usually go home for the day when it's early afternoon on a weekday. As Aett pointed out CS/GM's work shifts 24/7.

This isn't the first I've heard of people not reactivating. Someone on one of my global channels said his friend was having an issue with the game not accepting their username and/or password, despite resetting the password and triple-checking to make sure everything was being input correctly.

Thats UK so you know... Still nothing I have created a trial account so I can play with my brother in law but it's not the same

Well once double xp weekend has passed thats it for me.

I think it's totally unfair that my account has not been reactivated and I haven't done anyhing wrong I have 2 copied of the full game not a trial for me and the wife.

I should probably just stuck to other mmo's

It's my last call is anyone out there willing to send me a friends reactivation!

Sorry to hear that. I was afraid of the same but thanks goodness i could enter. I hope you can get a friendly invitation at some time so you can play once again.

FYI 2XP weekend has been extended into Monday.

Also didn't get my account reactived. I'm not on a trial account and my account is four years old. Keep getting the invalid user name or password crapola

As a side point, is there a U.S and European client or just one client? I'm guessing that's not the problem but it crossed my mind.

Actually, yes there is 2 different clients. Each client will point to either the US or EU servers.

If you are on your PlayNC account page and open your game account, the "download client" link should point to the appropriate client to match your account.

If not, check the upper-right-hand corner for the Language selection. If it says "English (US)", sometimes it makes all links on the page point to the US website and US client download. If you change it to "English (GB)", all links should point to the EU website and EU client download instead.

Thanks. Just one more question. Should I delete the U.S client before downloading the EU client? Or should I leave it on so it so it uses the data in the US client to to download quicker? Thanks again.

I suppose I could say it's totally unfair that all the reactivated people get to play for free something I've been paying for all 5 years now. It's all just how you look at it. You didn't get something for free. The rest of us pay for it. I dug down, but I still can't feel too badly about your boo-hoos and hurt feelings.

The main data is the same. You'd save yourself a lot of downloading if you keep the data there and just overwrite the main client file itself.
