Master of Barracuda SF not awarding

Same happened to us. We're currently waiting for a GM. We've been waiting for almost 2 hours now >.<

Sorry I didnt tell you this sooner, it's been a day and stil no e-mail response from the devs/GM about our issue

I submitted a bug report on this same exact thing, the GMs told me that the stability patch fixed this issue and to "Run it again!"
Well I did just that and got the same thing you did, no badge. I so I sent in my bug report again, well actually just updated the same ticket. Guess what I was told...
(As a result of certain logout situations, your character may experience the loss of brief periods of gameplay, usually no more than several minutes. As your character's persistent state was not saved properly in these instances, support will not be able to reimburse any rewards as the record was not properly communicated from your client to the server. )

So anyway, good luck getting the badge, I did the damn SF 3 times already and same old crap, same old excuse from support.

Exactly the same happened to us on defiant.
5 Petitions sent, no e-mail or ingame reply thus far.

Wow! That's nice of them blaming our computers for having lack of communication with theirs, so no "master of badge". It's fine that others are getting the regular badge and all of us get the merits, but THAT SHOULD be CLEAR record that they can look that we ran this at so and so date with "master of" setting.
To top this, I have sent a petition last night and got an e-mail reponse right away to something irrelevant to this, but still no response to the 2 petitions and bug report in relation to this.

But to completely ignore us in this particular instance is unprofessional, even if we got a simple "we're looking into it" would be fine by me, just so we know they're not blowing us off.

No offence, but looking at those screenshots, none of the temp powers are greyed out. Did you not actually set the deaths or temp powers, or just not die or use temp powers.. because that's a huge difference.

There is a veteran reward in the bottom tray that is not greyed out. That is a temp power. It looks like the Nemesis staff. It's not greyed out as it has the dull "golden" look to it. It's not darkened out in any way to show that it's not available.
Same with the Veteran Base Teleporter, Veteran Sands of Mu, etc. None of these can ever be available to get the "Master of" badges. Even your tray shows a visible Shivan temp power that's not greyed out. All of my Master End screenshots clearly show that the temps are greyed out. They will not come back till after someone calls in the Task Force to end it. This is clearly not the case since everyone is still in the mission.
So, it's either that the Master of Setting was quickly changed for that TF in the last patch, since that TF was causing the crashes at the end on Reichsman, or it was incorretly set.
As an FYI: All end Popups display "Defeats 0 0 Time" even if the "No Defeats" wasn't set.

Yes it was grayed out. I kept it in the tray. You could see Da Crusha mockingly yell out "self destruct" when no one can actually clik that power. I only kept the power in tray cause there was no other power I could replace it with. If you look at the end pop up, you can clearly read "No Temporary Powers". I can post the Bitmap version for higher resolution if you'd like.
And by the way... the last picture "05" was after I called it in to Barracuda so all my temporary powers came back ungrayed.

My bad... I looked at the end and thought it was in the Reichsman's end room.. the red and black 
Anyway, then the only thing I can surmise is that with the "fix" to the 5th SF to keep it from crashing, someone might have incorrectly flipped the switch for it to allow the master of settings for a badge.
Or... they set the requirements of that one SF up to +4, 8 enemies, and AV's?

I was on that moBSF and can say for sure, there was NO TEMP POWERS.
I missed my sands of mu, couldn't even use fortune or mission teleport or anything. T_T

We just did it. I'm happy for you all, and I'm gonna let you finish, but . . . same results as everyone else so far:
- Merits Awarded Correctly
- "Arbiter" badge received by those who didn't have it yet
- No one received "Master of the 5th Column Strike Force" badge
- No GM response yet

I doubt you'll get one, because it's been 2 days since our petitions were sent. None of the team members got any response nor acknowledgement that the petition was received. I've sent a petition irrelevant to the issue just yesterday and got a response right away. Either they're ignoring all petitions related to this issue or all 8 of us are just conspiracy theorists! If you do get a response, please tell them a team on Liberty are still awaiting on responses!
Both Sun_Splitter and I have received escalation emails. That's all so far.

- No further response via email

Yep, seems pretty clear they are just avoiding the issue for now. Maybe this coming week something will happen.
I was on the MoBSF run, got the same escalation email.. I'll give it till tuesday- being on a 'help desk" at the weekend doesn't lend a lot of time for detailed research. After tuesday... Yeah, I'll start yelling.

Finally, a worthwhile response:
"I was able to verify that an error has occurred. As such I have granted your character the Master of the 5th Column Strike Force badge. If you need assistance again, please let us know and we will gladly help you."
Hopefully everyone will get the same reply.
That's good news. Maybe the PM to Synapse helped move things along.
P.S. Could you PM me who the Senior Rep was that handled it?
